Terrible

The view and decor were lovely.

The alarm that went off in the room for an entire day and night abs the fact that it took staff more than 5 hours to take it seriously and move us for the night. The plumbing to the spa bath was not connected causing flooding through the ensuite and wardrobe which destroyed a pair of my shoes. Staff refused to offer any form of discount for the terrible experience.
