Close to the centre, a 15 minute walk. Clean, quiet, well maintained. A couple of excellent restaurants very close, plus a great bar.

L'appartement est très propre, très bien équipé, et situé plutôt près du centre ville.
La vue sur le lac est vraiment agréable.
La literie était très confortable
Le parking annoncé n'est pas un parking privé. Il s'agit d'un parking public (devant ou derrière le bâtiment où se situe l'appartement). Si on vient en voiture, il y a un vrai risque de ne pas avoir de place. Nous avons eu la chance d'arriver tôt mais un des deux parkings était complet et nous avons eu un place derrière la maison ... mais il n'y avait plus de place 1h30 plus tard.
La maison donne directement sur la rue (pas de trottoir) et pour se rendre au centre ville à pied, il faut passer par une zone sans trottoir ce qui est tout de même assez dangereux.
La note donnée serait plus élevée sur l'appartement en tant que tel, mais moins élevé pour l'accès. Il ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite (sauf à rester à l'appartement).

Great place, clean, has air conditioning.
Host was super nice, we’ve asked for an iron and he bought a new one and gave it to us:)
The only challenge is how to get inside apartment with kids was a bit scary:) but that’s Italy.

Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum zu Fuß und mit dem Bus. Das Bett ist bequem.
Lage direkt an der Straße mit viel Verkehr. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich zu hören. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft und es wurde, entgegen der Abmachung, während unseres Aufenthalts sich nicht darum gekümmert.
