Pleasantly surprised with this little apartment!

The property was better than I expected for the price. I found it comfortable and perfectly adequate. Air con worked well. Everything was clean including the crockery etc. I think it’s in a mostly residential block, so I wasn’t disturbed by excessive noise.

I would have preferred a brighter light in the living room/kitchen area.

The property was better than I expected for the price. I found it comfortable and perfectly adequate. Air con worked well. Everything was clean including the crockery etc. I think it’s in a mostly residential block, so I wasn’t disturbed by excessive noise.

I would have preferred a brighter light in the living room/kitchen area.
