O Matheus foi solícito e atendeu prontamente às minhas solicitações durante a estadia. No entanto, há alguns pontos de atenção que considero importantes destacar.
Apesar de a acomodação informar que possui estacionamento privativo, isso não corresponde exatamente à realidade. O que existe é um estacionamento nas imediações do imóvel, ou seja, trata-se de uma facilidade do bairro e não de uma característica do apartamento em si. Como essa informação aparece na descrição do imóvel e pode ser utilizada como filtro de busca, isso pode gerar uma expectativa incorreta no usuário.
Outro ponto é o custo do estacionamento, que considerei bastante elevado: R$ 50 por 12 horas e, após esse período, mais R$ 2 por hora adicional. Além disso, caso o veículo seja retirado do estacionamento antes do término das 12 horas já pagas, uma nova cobrança é realizada no retorno, o que torna a utilização ainda mais onerosa.
Por fim, embora o Matheus tenha se esforçado para resolver os problemas que ocorreram, é importante mencionar que o proprietário, que não é o Matheus, não havia repassado corretamente minhas informações à portaria. Isso gerou transtornos no momento da chegada. Também tive dificuldades para acessar o apartamento, pois o cofre onde fica a chave aparenta ser de baixa qualidade e não funcionava adequadamente, mesmo com a senha correta. Foram necessárias várias tentativas até conseguir abri-lo.
Além disso, observei algumas questões estruturais. Apesar de o studio ser relativamente novo, a impressão é de que foram utilizados materiais de acabamento de qualidade inferior. Também me incomodou a presença constante de mosquinhas no apartamento. Quando cheguei, o box do banheiro estava com muitas delas. Não sei se isso está relacionado à proximidade com o Rio Pinheiros ou se é uma característica do prédio, mas, de qualquer forma, impactou negativamente a experiência.
