Beautiful layout of apartments- we had 19P/ first floor/ pool side. With the tropical plants it had sufficient privacy yet easy access to the pool (although we didn’t use it)
Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay
Staff were very responsive and quick to fix minor issues
On site Parking was easy - take any spot you can find. Would have preferred a numbered spot but it was not a big hassle.
The cleaning staff were a friendly bunch and very polite. Marissa at reception was kind enough to give us an extended check out. We didn’t use the full time offered but it meant we could see a bit more of Airlie that morning.
What you see in he advertised pics is what you get. The house had washing machine / tumble dryer/ dishwasher which made it very convenient
Tour companies pick you up from mango house. We enjoyed being in a quieter part of Airlie and close to other sights eg shute harbour
Convenience store across the street
While I knew this at the time of booking, just making a note of this for those who may get confused. The location is in jubilee pocket so you need to drive to Airlie beach but honestly it is not a big issue.
