location and the facilities in the apartment were really good and had an outside seating area.
We were disappointed that the outside sitting area did not face out on the side of the lake and mountains which from the pictures looked like it did. The walk to the centre of Queenstown was fine but unfortunately the lake side path which would have been fantastic was closed when we were there for maintenance work.

Liked the view, beds were comfy, kitchen and lounge were great, if the walking track was open it would have been perfect to walk into town (not the accommodations fault though)
there was no air con downstairs, it was really warm in the rooms at night, too warm and no way to bring temp down, there were fans but they only do so much. A bit suffocating. Travelling with another couple, who got up early we could hear all the footsteps above our room in the kitchen, the shower was really tight, did the job but very small. The parking is way up the top so step walk up and down to get to car.
