This hotel is in a great location, max 5min walk from the centre but really quiet. It has a really nice design. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, it has a really nice breakfast.
Although the design was really nice, the finish was quite poor, it almost looked like they had rushed to finish the hotel - there was paint on tiles, cement on wall, lots of gaps which should be sealed, skirting was mismatched, the shower wasn’t fitted correctly so water was leaking down the wall. Although, we liked our stay at the hotel, the pictures almost promised a better room than was delivered.

Very comfortable accommodations. The hotel is nicely updated and with tasteful features such as a lovely courtyard and fountain with some tables and umbrellas for relaxing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable although there is no window which can be a little disorienting in the mornings. Comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, hot water, solid wifi. Several nice choices for breakfast. On site (for fee) laundry services. Could use a second bedside lamp. Staff is so nice here they probably would have provided one had I asked. Very close to Parque Central and the lovely Catedral. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Did I mention how helpful and kind the staff are? It's true.
