Hôtel bien situé, simple et bon rapport qualité prix.
Devoir batailler avec l'hôtel par messages alors que je voyage seule et que j'arrivais à 3h du matin car ils avaient fait du surbooking et n'avaient pas la chambre prévue a été un moment de stress dont je n'avais certainement pas besoin. Proposer un tarif annulable-sans prépaiment est le choix de l'hôtel, et ne doit pas servir de prétexte à prendre plus de clients que possible. Ce n'est pas professionnel du tout. J'ai réservé cet hôtel en dernière minute, j'aurais du réserver ailleurs pour m'éviter ce stress.
