Elevate Ella Resort & Spa

This hotel is incredible, amazing views, great saltwater pool, good service and excellent location. The bed was so comfortable too, sheets were very fancy.

The TV wasn't the easiest to use, breakfast was ok but not amazing.

The location was perfect. The rooms the view was excellent. The staff was very kind and always smiling.

There was a little leakage from the ceiling.

Big bedroom, comfortable bed. Nice view.

Rude, dismissive staff. When I turned up to check in the late afternoon they acted like it was a chore. The next morning someone abruptly came up to me demanding I fill out forms which they didn’t give me upon check in, without saying hello or smiling - seemed like a hostile interaction for no reason. Groundstaff stared at me a lot when I was coming & going, as a F solo traveler this felt uncomfortable & bizarre (I had already been in Sri Lanka 2.5 weeks at this point and hadn’t experienced this anywhere else). Nobody refilled the water in the room or made the bed Which for the price should be standard. Not a 5 star experience. Would never stay here again.
