The bed was comfortable and there was ample seating options for a group of four.
The locked box that is no longer in use at the front door needs to be removed. The one in use needs to be more obvious as we had to call the agent as we couldn’t get in. The front door lock is ridiculous and needs fixing. It sticks and needs to be jiggled to unlock. This took considerable effort and time to unlock each time.
Cupboards were overloaded with stuff. Crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. just too cluttered and way too much “stuff” everywhere
The toilet was not cleaned very well. Excrement marks high up on the top of the bowl even though the “cleaned” ribbon was placed on the lid of the toilet. Felt that there were tripping hazards throughout the house. Double mats and rugs everywhere and overlapping which is an accident waiting to happen. The Tv plug that goes into the socket was dangerous. The plastic was out of the wall leaving exposed wires and a potential danger. The couches were grotty and stained. The curtains were broken and falling off their rails. The outside deck area is uneven and screws lifting. The rail felt unsafe. The table on the deck was rusty and quite disgraceful. Outside is unkept, steep, awkward to park in and felt very unkept and unloved. I feel very sad and feels terrible to give feedback like this but I think it is totally necessary and warranted. For $461 per night, with no linen provided and BYO towels, linen, tea towels, bathmat required, it was so overpriced and not very acceptable.
