The accommodation was amazing but very difficult to get in touch for check in arrangements and I did not get in until very late which was disappointing

A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or wifi.

Very clean. Great generous space. Recently renovated. Very modern with an old world setting. Charming and cool inside.
Close to fresh food market. Ortigia is all very close. Short walk to anywhere in Ortigia and walking distance to bus.
Only difficulty was where to put bags on early arrival. It would have been very helpful for us if we could open the main door with a code and store luggage under the stairs in hall until room check in time. It was horrible carting bags around for 5 hours in 35 degree heat. Doesn’t start the stay off well. Other places with the code system have this luggage option.
We met 3 other couples, all of whom struggled with the door codes and entry.
Would be handy to have a second key tag as couples don’t always do every second of the day together.
These are small issues that could easily be improved.
Loved our stay so much though that we rebooked
