The hostel manager/host was amazing! I turned up earlier than organized, but he got to the hostel asap from his day job to let me in after I messaged (so I would recommend providing warning). He went out his way to show to the bus/ train stops and provided all information on things to do in San jose for my visit.
The hostel is a small house turned hostel, perfect for a quiet getaway, so was ideal and affordable for my jetlag recovery.
