We had a great week long stay at the "mountain house" as our 3 year old lovingly called it. The pictures and descriptions match perfectly with what is to be expected. Overall, the house was clean and smelled clean upon entering. Only a few pieces of trash found in random places (by the pool, hot tub, and deck areas) but nothing major. The house was nicely set up with starter items (toilet paper, soap, paper towel, and so on). Our first night, the pool alarm was going off and the host was incredibly quick to respond and helped us resolve the issue for the night and asked permission more than once that someone could enter the home the following day to fix the problem. We ever very impressed with how the situation was handled. We loved the views and how close the house was to Pigeon Forge. The internet didn't seem to be working, but we didn't contact the host or care as we were really there to hike during the day and unplug at night. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun in the evening. The pool was chilly, but didn't bother us much. The game room was also lots of fun. We would definitely come back and stay at the "mountain house" again!! Great location, views, and host.

Nice cozy cabin the right size for 2 adults and 2 children. Bedroom upstairs for the kids and bedroom on the main floor with a fireplace on the deck to relax by. Our kids loved the indoor pool and the arcade gaming systems. Quiet area too not a lot of traffic.
