This is a very nice, well kept wonderfully located property. It would have been much better if the air conditioner had worked. Since it did not, we spent 3 miserable nights sweating, tossing and turning trying to get comfortable. We notified the host of the issue immediately on our check in when the AC failed to start or provide any air flow. We provided feedback on detailed troubleshooting steps we took and outcomes and worked through several back and forths with the host, even when they seemed to not track what we already did. The host was extremely fast in responding, but several of the responses/suggestions were not aligned with what had already been tried, to the point that they started to seem like AI agent generated responses. After two days of not fixing the AC, they provided two fans for the sleeping areas. Inside temperatures stayed above 30 degrees C in the upstairs bedroom. Finally, on our last night, someone had dropped off a standalone room air conditioner, but did not hook it up or provide any instructions. It was only able to cool one room at a time but did provide a little relief. Great property, but the operator lacks the level of on site support capability needed for the standard of rental they are claiming.I did love everything else about the property, but would NOT stay again based on the junior league level of support they provide.
