Welcome to Villa Rose - a Little Piece of Heaven in Kalkan.

Villa Rose is a spacious four-bedroom villa with four en-suite bathrooms, providing comfortable and private accommodation for up to eight guests.

The spacious outdoor area and large private pool are a real highlight of Villa Rose. The beautifully landscaped gardens include flowering plants, mature trees and fruit trees, creating a peaceful and secluded space with plenty of room to relax, enjoy the sunshine or find a quiet shady spot beneath the trees. There is also a hammock in the rear garden, making it an ideal place to settle down with a book and enjoy the surroundings.

The large south-facing private pool measures 6.5m x 4.5m and is 1.7m deep, with wide, sweeping corner steps providing easy access. There are eight sunbeds around the pool.

The terrace has a semi-shaded pergola with an 8-seater marble dining table, an outdoor sofa seating area and an outdoor gas BBQ.

Ground Floor

The ground floor has a welcoming entrance hall leading into a spacious sitting room and dining area, together with a new kitchen with island, installed for the 2026 season.

Two sets of sliding patio doors open onto the large terrace and pool area, making it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 1, with a double bed and en-suite shower room.

First Floor

There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own private balcony and views towards Kalkan Bay.

Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and private balcony.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, an en-suite shower room and private balcony.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4 occupies the second/top floor and has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and access to a large private balcony with views towards Kalkan Bay.

The balcony is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The sun rises behind the mountains to the east and sets behind the mountains to the west, making it an enjoyable spot at both the beginning and end of the day.

Location

Villa Rose is in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, below the D400. The supermarkets, Thursday market, bars and restaurants are all on your doorstep, while the town and harbour are an easy walk away, just 10 minutes. Kalamar Bay is also within easy walking distance.

Its convenient location means you can enjoy the peace and privacy of the villa while still being close enough to walk into town whenever you fancy.

A car isn't necessary for enjoying your stay, although there is parking available at the front of the villa.

Facilities

The villa is tastefully furnished and well equipped, with WiFi, a new 42" Smart TV for the 2026 season, a music system, books and board games.

All four bedrooms have air conditioning, with heating available during the cooler months.

Booking Information

Villa Rose is available for 7 or 14-night stays.

Arrival and departure days are Saturdays only. All bookings therefore run from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights, or Saturday to Saturday for 14 nights.

Pool heating is available on request at an additional cost. Please ask for details.

A cot and highchair are also available for babies.
