All guests are required to present government issued photo ID upon arrival at the resort.
The resort will hold $150 USD for incidentals upon arrival.
Additional Fees & House Policies
Smoking: The Crane Resort is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the residence, balconies, or surrounding areas. Any breach will incur a $750 USD fee.
Cleaning: Excessive cleaning required beyond standard housekeeping may result in an additional fee of up to $500 USD.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances. Charges will reflect the cost of repair or replacement.
Linens & Towels: Stained or damaged linens and towels may incur replacement charges.
Lost Items: Replacement fees may apply for lost keys, remotes, or access devices.
Utilities: Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of energy usage. Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive or negligent use (e.g. air conditioning left on with doors open for extended periods).
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted for overnight stays.
Events & Parties: Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
Commercial Use: Commercial photography, videography, or any form of production activity is not permitted.
Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be requested and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Guests are also required to adhere to all policies and guidelines set by The Crane Resort, including those related to guest conduct and use of facilities.

Very grateful, very impressed, and already planning a return trip! The Poinciana condo in Barbados is something genuinely special, and Rodney and Robert are two of the finest hosts I have ever had the pleasure of working with.From the moment our flight landed, they took care of everything. Airport pickup, car rental, restaurant recommendations that actually matched our taste, excursions that fit our vibe perfectly. Nothing felt like a script. It felt like being looked after by people who genuinely cared, and that is a rarity no matter how much you spend on a trip. It was pure genuine hospitality and it was truly special.The condo itself was stunning. I am the kind of traveler who notices the details, and the details here were impeccable. The space was thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and felt like a true home rather than a rental. What Rodney, Robert, and the rest of the team have created is something that the biggest hotel chains in the world spend millions trying to manufacture and rarely achieve.It is the feeling of being genuinely welcomed, genuinely cared for, and genuinely celebrated. We left Barbados already thinking about when we will come back. If you are looking for a property that will exceed your expectations and a team that will make you feel like the only guests that matter, book a Poinciana unit. We recently returned from an incredible stay at The Residences @ The Crane, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxing Barbados getaway. The unit itself was stunning - truly 5-star resort quality with high-end finishes and a beautiful layout.What really set this experience apart, however, was our host. He was absolutely top-tier: highly responsive and attentive to every request without ever being overbearing. His hospitality truly shone when both my wife and I unfortunately came down with a stomach virus; he checked in on us constantly to ensure we had everything we needed to recover.He also recommended a driver through Poinciana Luxe who was superb - easily the best transport experience we’ve had on the island. If you stay here, definitely use his recommendation.

Had a great stay at the condo. Beautifully decorated and full of every possible thing you could need. Rodney and Robert were amazing hosts and drivers. Not only hosting but planning and helping us with things to do and places to eat. Full access to the Crane Resort. Great part of the island - had an amazing trip.
