Stay near Hagley Park in a two-bedroom townhouse with a private courtyard and one free parking space. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, with the kitchen and living area downstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. A 55-inch TV, Nespresso machine and laundry add comfort. Optional EV charging costs extra and needs advance arrangements.

Enjoy the 55-inch TV, Nespresso machine, washer and dryer. One private parking space is included. EV charging is NZ$10 per day; bring your own Type 2 male cable and arrange use at least one day in advance.

The entire townhouse, courtyard and allocated parking space are for your private use. Stairs are required to reach the bedrooms and bathroom.

A Riccarton Road location near Hagley Park for park walks and exploring Christchurch.
One free private parking space is included. Optional EV charging requires advance arrangements, your own compatible cable and an additional daily fee.

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD $45 Per hour.
