About this house rental
The top floor is the heart of the home, featuring open-plan living, dining, and a modern kitchen designed to make the most of the outlook. On the mid-level, four bedrooms each enjoy ocean views, allowing you to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the water. The family bathroom includes a deep bathtub overlooking the beach, while a separate toilet adds convenience for guests.
The ground floor offers a drive-through carport while an outdoor shower and landscaped gardens complete this relaxed coastal haven.
From swimming to paddleboarding or launching a small boat from the sheltered bay, Langs Beach offers an easy-going seaside lifestyle just steps away. With Mangawhai, Waipu, and local cafés only a short drive from home, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy both coastal calm and nearby amenities.

We had really good communication from the host and the location was ideal. Beach views from every room and just a short easy walk to the beautiful sandy beach which the kids enjoyed most. The house was amazing, modern and so comfortable. Its obviously a very treasured home away from home and we felt very lucky to stay here to escape the city for a long weekend. The waipu markets were a fun bonus. We look forward to our next visit.
