The best location! This flat was perfect for a weekend mother-daughter trip. The location was perfect to walk to major sites and stroll St Stephen’s Green. Close to tram, shopping, and site seeing. For those booking, I’d suggest a quick stop at Dunnes to get a 4 pack of toilet paper and coffee pods (Nescafé pods, not Nespresso). Beds were comfortable and portable space heaters kept us perfectly warm. Overall fantastic for the location and price.

Unfortunately the host did not communicate as quickly as one would like. We arrived with no wifi available and did not receive the instructions for the keys snd directions until we were literally at the property. Even then, without wifi we had no idea and were about to check into a hotel located across the street. They allowed us to use the hotel wifi and only after an hour did we finally receive the instructions on entering the property. The space is fine but dated. Sadly there was no hot water available. The boiler was in the unit but not turned on. It was too late and we were exhausted but cannot recommend this property. The hotel was actually very nice and cheaper.
