The apartment was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Each of the three bedrooms had a comfortable bed, balcony, toilet and shower, and felt very private. The location was perfect - close to many sites and terrific restaurants. Santa Catherine of Alexandria, a church/monastery with a stunning rooftop 360 view of Palermo (see photos) is just around the corner and you must visit the attached bakery with the best cannolis and pastries in town. Giacomo is a generous host - very eager to offer suggestions and help make the stay comfortable. He helped us book cars to and from the airport. I would definitely return and stay again.

The location was fantastic — super central and just a short walk from the main square, restaurants, cafés and local attractions. It was a great base for exploring the area, with everything conveniently close by.
The apartment itself was beautifully presented, with stylish modern décor and a lovely, welcoming feel. A real bonus was having three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family and gave everyone their own space and privacy.
Our host was absolutely lovely — warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, we really appreciated the excellent location, attractive décor, spacious bedroom arrangement and the convenience of having a bathroom for each bedroom.
The shower over the bath in the main bathroom was quite difficult to use. We would have preferred to forgo the bath altogether and have a proper, more practical walk-in shower setup instead. The lighting in the main bathroom could also be improved, as it was quite difficult to see properly, particularly when getting ready.
The towels could also do with being replaced. They were quite well worn and a little thin, which didn’t really match the overall standard of the accommodation. Some fresh, good-quality towels would make a noticeable difference to the guest experience.

Gorgeous apartment in the centre of Palermo a couple of minutes from all the attractions. Surprisingly quiet for where we were & spotlessly clean with towels, hairdryers, shower gel & shampoo provided.
Giacomo kept me up to date pre our arrival and was there to meet us when we got to the apartment even though we had been delayed.

Excellent location. Clean, beautiful high ceilings, natural light, six sets of French doors across two sides of the building, modern conveniences in historical building. Unparalleled communication by owner. Absolutely gem. Would definitely stay there again.
