A nice traditional semi with modern interior and furnishings - very clean and presentable throughout. The location is great - it's down a quiet cul-de-sac but just a couple of blocks away from the main street and sea front in Mumbles. There are nice walks along the prom or around the coastal paths to Langland and Caswell Bays
Initial view on arrival was disappointing as the garden was overgrown, but it's a lovely property inside. Car parking is a lottery - there are very few available unrestricted or unreserved street spaces near the property

Lovely home, great location and good facilities. Nice touches including capsule coffee machine with lots of capsules, a few chocolates, toiletries, etc.

Had everything we needed for a few nights in the Mumbles. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Great layout for friends and family to enjoy together. Well equipped. Stylish layout with attention to detail. Lots of extras provided such soaps, biscuits, tea & coffee. Great people managing the rental - friendly and attentive. Perfectly central to the village, shops and restaurants. It is a hidden jewel in the Mumbles village.
