Spokój, przestrzeń i wspaniałe widoki, willa robi ogromne wrażenie. Niesamowicie przyjazny i pomocny personel, pyszne jedzenie. Jest tu wszystko, co potrzebne do bardzo udanego wypoczynku.

Dieses kleine, ganz besondere Hotel hat nur drei „Zimmer“ – wobei „Villen“ eigentlich die passendere Bezeichnung wäre. Mitten in der Natur gelegen, bietet es eine unglaubliche Ruhe und eine Aussicht, die einfach nur traumhaft ist. Die private Villa mit eigenem Pool und Jacuzzi war für uns wirklich ein Highlight. Was dieses Hotel aber mindestens genauso besonders macht, sind die Mitarbeiter. Die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit sind wirklich kaum zu überbieten. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Wort ist. Auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat jederzeit perfekt funktioniert – schnell, unkompliziert und unglaublich aufmerksam. Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend und auch das Floating Breakfast war nicht nur wunderschön anzusehen, sondern vor allem richtig lecker. 🥰 Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir leider das Pech, dass Förster in der Umgebung gearbeitet haben und dadurch etwa einen halben Tag lang Sägearbeiten zu hören waren. Das Hotel hatte uns bereits zu Beginn darauf hingewiesen und konnte selbstverständlich nichts dafür. Trotzdem haben wir nachgefragt, ob die Arbeiten noch länger andauern würden – und auch hier hat das Team sofort reagiert, mit dem Förster gesprochen und uns als Entgegenkommen sogar die Kosten für das Floating Breakfast Board erlassen. Das Frühstück selbst haben wir selbstverständlich ganz normal bezahlt. Diese Aufmerksamkeit und der Umgang mit der Situation haben uns wirklich beeindruckt. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und sind ehrlich gesagt fast ein bisschen traurig, dass wir „nur“ zwei Nächte gebucht haben. Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben! Ein ganz besonderer Ort, mit einer traumhaften Atmosphäre und einem Team, das den Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich macht. ❤️

We had a really lovely stay! The people were absolutely wonderful — kind, welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. We felt very comfortable and we truly want to thank everyone for their hospitality. The villa has a lot of potential, the atmosphere is beautiful and overall we really enjoyed our time here.

The main issue for us was the pool. The water was quite cloudy, and around the edges I could feel a strange slippery/slimy layer under my feet. This made me quite uncomfortable, especially as I am pregnant, and I personally did not feel completely safe using the pool. Another important safety concern was the wooden floor/deck near the steps when getting out of the pool. Some rusty-looking spots/parts appeared damaged and exposed, which could potentially cause an injury if someone stepped on them. The projector was a nice addition, but it could definitely be brighter and more powerful, as the image was sometimes difficult to see clearly. Overall, these are things that I genuinely hope the owners take as constructive feedback. Compared with other properties in Bali in a similar price range, I believe that with a little more investment in maintenance and a few upgrades, this villa could go from simply good to absolutely exceptional. It already has the location, concept and — most importantly — wonderful people. It just needs a little more attention to the details.
