Clean washrooms, clean rooms, tasty food at the cafe etc.
Staff needs to be more cooperative and helpful. Frequent power cuts which goes for long time.

“Great location, right next to New Delhi Metro and Railway Station. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the stay was convenient for a short trip. Overall, a good experience.”

Stay was good and was clean considering the price bracket and the location is the best thing there is kind of a flyover connecting this to the metro and railway station so easy to find and the staff were polite and helpful
No wifi when I asked for it they said it was not working for few hours will come after few minutes didn't connect even after 3'O clock in the evening when I came back for my bags from the cloak room and the toilets are not upto par
