El personal de 10, muy amable y servicial. Hubo una boda en el patio y estuvimos encantados de ser invitados y poder vivir una experiencia con tanta cultura y tradición. No termino muy tarde así que después pudimos descansar sin problema.
Como pequeña sugerencia las almohadas eran muy altas y un pelín incómodas para mi gusto

The palace is beautiful, well located and very clean. Faouzi and his team are the best. They helped me to surprise my gf for her birthday and were exceptional in everything.

This was a beautiful and unique stay right in the medina. The staff were amazing!! Faouzi, Helmi, Walid, and Mohammed went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, welcome, and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Der arabische Stil, freundliche Personal. Die Ruhe
Das es extrem versteckt im Souk war, besonders abends im Dunkeln hatten wir etwas Angst. Aber es waren extrem hilfsbereite Menschen unterwegs die den Weg erklärt haben und uns ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben haben
