Comfortable stay, good amenities and great location. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. Price was very reasonable for the type of accommodation we selected.
A couple of times a bad smell was observed in the suite from plumbing, however, housekeeping managed to control it.

Unfortunately, this time the services were not as I expected, for a customer spent almost every weekend at Westpac Hotel.
The room was not that clean, there were some missing things.

اعجبني الموقع ومساحة السويت
والجم متنوع ومساحته معقولة
والمواقف كل غرفة لها موقف خاص في القبو
النظافة سيئة لدرجة تجد الغبار في كل مكان تقريباً ولدرجة ان ابنتي كانت لابسه شراب ( جوارب ) لونها ابيض واصبحت بعد فترة بسيطة لونها أسود بدون مبالغة !!
ارضية السويت في كل مكان متسخة بالغبار وكأن السويت لم يدخله احد من أكثر من شهر !!
والشي الأخر الرائحة الكريهة في الأسياب والحمامات اعزكم الله ، لا تُطاق ،
وبالنسبة للفطور انا انصح الجميع يروحون للبقالة او السوبرماركت ويشترون كيس توست مع جبن كيري مع عسل ويسوي له كوب شاهي في غرفته ولا احلى من كذا ^~^ افضل من انك تروح تفطر عندهم فطور متواضع
المسبح عندهم لون الماء ابيض << يعني لا تفكر تسبح !
انا كنت حاجز يوم واحد عشان اشوف الوضع وبعدها اقرر امدد يومين اضافيين ام لا ؛ ولكن للأسف اضطريت اني امدد يوم كامل بسبب ان ابني ضيع مفتاح السيارة والسيارة موجودة في مواقف الفندق <<< اقوى من كذا وهقه مافيه ^~^ وحاولت معهم يرجعون للكميرات الموجودة امام الأستقبال لكن للأسف لم اجد تجاوب او مساعدة واضطريت ان ادفع 1000 ريال لستخراج مفتاح اخر بدل فاقد مع برمجة السيارة والحمدلله على كل حال
