Place is wonderful, cozy and warm, the family vibes are great, the privacy is respected, the wifi, the location, everything is wonderful and the hospitality can't be better

The AC was closed for an hour to "rest" it was annoying a little bit

The thing I liked the most was the people there. I met another person from my home country, which was really nice, and I also liked that the street was close to several places that I could reach by walking.

First, the cleanliness. The women’s dorm was very dusty, and the lockers for storing our belongings were in very poor condition. When I opened mine, it was full of dust, so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings there, especially with people I didn’t know. As a result, I had to carry my belongings with me all the time, which made me feel uncomfortable when I went out and wanted to enjoy my time. Another negative point was that I saw a teenage boy entering the women’s dorm twice. I assume he might be one of the workers’ children, but it is a women’s dorm, so I don’t think men should be entering the room because we need to have privacy and feel comfortable in our own space. Another thing I didn’t like was that I had made a requests in my reservation well in advance, but unfortunately they were not taken into consideration. I asked for a lower bunk because I have some difficulty with my knee when climbing, but I was still given an upper bunk. The bed was very high, and I almost fell twice while trying to get in and out of it. Also, the room is very dark, and I often don’t turn on the main light because some of the other girls leave their belongings on the floor, and I don’t want to disturb them. I think the dorm could benefit from clearer rules about keeping personal belongings organized and keeping the shared space safe and accessible for everyone.
