The apartment was lovely with a large beautiful terrace. The kitchen was well appointed and there were items for breakfast and other supplies for self-catering. The unique setting as part of the Teatro Apollo provides a wonderful location for exploring the city. We even attended a performance at the Teatro.
The main floor with extensive terrace was accessible by an elevator but the bedrooms were both up sets of stairs. On the first floor is a bedroom and the bathroom. A second set of stairs leads to the other bedroom. A certain level of mobility and fitness is required to access them.

Appartamento a dir poco eccezionale. Ciononostante essendo all'ultimo piano è estremamente silenziosa.
Nulla.

Absolutely perfect location to walk to the heart of the centro. It is also in an outstanding location, especially if you have a car, as there is a very nice parking garage a short walk away.
Raffaele is an exceptional and kind host, offering great communication and helpfulness (even offering laundry service which was really appreciated). If you’re there in good weather the large rooftop patio provides an additional comfortable space.
Unless I missed something, it fell short of qualifying as the “free breakfast” in the description (an amenity that typically affects the nightly rate). For a 4 night stay for 2 people, the first morning we were given 5 pastries.
The toilet seat also needs to be secured.

"Raffaele was a great host . Very responsive and most generous with gifts left for us. It’s in a fabulous location with bars and restaurants on the doorstep."
