The staff were extremely hospitable & helpful, with all of our requests or inquiries being fulfilled to the best of their abilities.
The room itself was also lovely, with plenty of space and surfaces to put things.
The complimentary breakfasts were always good, and you can tell their kitchen staff care about what they cook, combined with the receptionist asking if the guests have any allergies or intolerances upon checking in. The room was always cleaned immaculately, and the dinner menu was also delicious. I was very grateful for it due to not knowing where to eat in the evening.
We decided we didn’t want to stay for the amended reservation, and we lost about 3 nights’ worth of money, but it was retained as credit for a future stay, which I can’t be too upset about. I found that there wasn’t a definite early departure policy in regards to a refund/credit, and I’m sure using a credit card from the United States complicated that, but the staff tried their best & communicated with management.
