The location was generally fine and close to the city centre. We specifically chose it for its proximity to Dubai World Trade Center. Although it appears quite close on the map (around 1 km), there is no direct pedestrian route, so walking takes much longer — up to 5 km. That said, it is very convenient when using a taxi or car, with easy access to business districts and shopping centres. Having parking available was also a big plus.
The initial registration and security process took some time and involved several verification steps, including providing passport photos. While understandable for security reasons, it felt slightly sensitive in terms of privacy.
