Overall, the experience was disappointing, and based on our stay, we would not recommend this accomm

The listing stated that parking was available on the premises, but unfortunately, there was no parking available. The closest option was paid parking with a three-hour limit, while other nearby parking areas were restricted to residents. As a result, we had to park our bikes about 1.2 km away and paid €60 for two days for two bikes. This was very disappointing and should have been clearly explained in the listing. We also received no information from the host about how to collect the keys until the last minute. We had to call the host ourselves to obtain the check-in instructions. Unfortunately, there were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The property had a lot of spiders, there were socks belonging to previous guests in the TV unit, and the shower was leaking.

Statt Kurzurlaub: schmutzige Wohnung, unberechtigte Vorwürfe und weinende Kinder

Die positiven Eindrücke wurden durch die mangelnde Sauberkeit der Wohnung und den belastenden Vorfall vor unserer Abreise überschattet.

Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen? Ich habe vom 26. bis zum 30. Oktober 2026 mit meinen beiden Kindern in Wohnung Nr. 5 übernachtet. Wir hatten einen kurzen Familienurlaub geplant – ein paar ruhige Tage, um uns zu erholen und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Stattdessen wurde uns der Urlaub verdorben. Am Anreisetag teilte mir die Gastgeberin mit, dass es in der Wohnung einen Wasserschaden gegeben habe, wir nicht untergebracht werden könnten und ich die Buchung selbst stornieren solle. Ich war mit meinen Kindern unterwegs und wandte mich an Booking.com. Später versicherte die Gastgeberin, dass alles behoben sei und wir einchecken könnten. Ich wusste im Voraus von dem Wasserschaden. Bei unserer Ankunft waren noch geringfügige Spuren zu sehen – diese waren für sich genommen nicht das Hauptproblem. Allerdings war die Wohnung sehr schmutzig: Es gab ungespültes Geschirr und benutzte Papiertaschentücher. Den Zustand der Unterkunft habe ich mit Fotos und Videos dokumentiert. Das Unangenehmste geschah am Morgen unserer Abreise. Gegen 08:40 Uhr klingelte ein Mann an der Tür, der sich als Eigentümer der darunterliegenden Wohnung Nr. 3 vorstellte. Er erklärte in aggressivem Ton: „Ihre Jungs haben unsere Wohnung unter Wasser gesetzt. Ich rufe die Polizei.“ Meine Kinder hörten das, verstanden es als Anschuldigung gegen sich und bekamen große Angst. Erst später stellte sich heraus, dass er mit den „Jungs“ zwei erwachsene Männer meinte, die vor uns dort gewohnt hatten. Ich musste erklären, dass wir mit den vorherigen Gästen nichts zu tun hatten und der Wasserschaden bereits vor unserer Ankunft entstanden war. Außerdem musste ich ihm den Schriftwechsel mit der Gastgeberin zeigen. Der Mann verlangte, dass ich mit ihm in seine Wohnung gehe, um den Schaden anzusehen. Andernfalls werde er mir den Schaden, wie er es ausdrückte, „anhängen“. Unter diesem Druck ging ich mit ihm nach unten und ließ meine verängstigten Kinder oben zurück.

Lage und Größe sind gut.

- die bei booking hinterlegte Hausnummer ist nicht korrekt, es ist Haus Nummer 14 - kein barrierefreier Zugang und kein Aufzug in den zweiten Stock - kein Rauchmelder - Vermieter verlangte alle persönlichen Daten, vorher würde er den Code zum Check in nicht freigeben, erst nach dem booking eingeschaltet wurde haben wir den Code erhalten - der, erst auf Nachfrage übermittelte WLAN Schlüssel war nicht korrekt, auf Bitte um den korrekten wurde nicht reagiert - die Wohnung wirkt wie eine private Wohnung - das Wasser im Waschbecken im Bad läuft kaum mehr ab und der Abfluss ist sehr verschmutzt - in der Toilette wird das Wasser nach dem spülen nach oben gedrückt - das Glas am Waschbecken ist derart verschmutzt und unhygienisch - die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher riechen sehr nach Weichspüler - die Möbel sehen insgesamt sehr abgenutzt aus - zwischen Bett und Wand sind Regale, Vorsicht mit dem Kopf, man könnte sich stoßen - das Licht im Treppenhaus geht erst nach einigen Metern durch die Dunkelheit an, Handylicht war hilfreich - insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis Die Bilder haben wir direkt beim betreten der Wohnung gemacht

Moc krásná lokalita, byt měl malou lodžii, odkud byl výhled do zeleně vnitrobloku, v krátké vzdálenosti obchod s potravinami i centrum města. V bytě byly k dispozici hračky pro děti a docela hezký nábytek.

Ocenila bych o trochu více nádobí a aby bylo čisté a připravené k použití. Skleničky jsme museli přemývat a fritéza byla hodně špinavá, ale to jsou spíše chyby předchozích hostů.
