Host was responsive, flexibility of the late check-in was there, the location of the property. The flat / room looks the way it is in pictures.
1- Though additional guests were not there but still parking spot was taken by someone else and there was nothing one could have done though complaining to authorities related support by host for such instances should be there, as not everyone can speak German (unfrotunately).
2- The bed in the room I stayed had a dip/spring broken at one corner which was slightly uncomfortable to sleep on but everything else was good.
