nice house
great view
A quiet spot, away from downtown but not far from the Botanical Garden. We enjoyed it as a family with a child. If we had been there as a couple without a child, we would have stayed in downtown to enjoy the nightlife. All I can say is that everything was great. The units are generally in good condition, and the staff is extremely friendly.
Unfortunately, you can't go to the beach, and the kayak is just for show. That would have been another thing that made this place special for us. So a dock or access to the beach would be great.
