Property was clean and comfortable. Extremely good communication and very quick response when we didn’t know how to operate thermostat. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and bathroom is very functional. It’s a nice property, enough for a short stay. Definitely not luxury or luxe.
Location is not great! Luckily we had a car, however there’s no private parking. We parked on nearby streets. No good shops around. Also please fix a door lock as a key gets stuck.

Large apartment, newly decorated, lovely bathroom & clean. Good base for the Great North Run. Was worried about noise in the evening/night when we arrived but the neighbourhood was pretty quiet, bearing in mind you are in the city. Good communication with the agent.
I don't know if the rear yard belongs to the apartment but if it does, it needs clearing & weeding! The front door key lock is a bit temperamental, the key kept getting stuck, maybe some WD40? Don't think the bathroom extractor fan was working? we opened the window during showers.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The host was very professional and responsive. When I had an issue with the hot water and heating, it was resolved very quickly. Excellent communication and great customer service. I would happily stay here again.

It was very clean, very big too perfect for 4 people
Was freezing but we couldn’t work heating so that may of been problem
