Apartment building very nice and a quiet location
Smaller than advertised and hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. Cleaning was done after my arrival.

The property was exceptionally clean and quiet. It had everything you needed and more.it was in a good location. It had a tram at the end of the street, Woolworths Metro was a 2 minute walk. There was a nice cafe nearby. With 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms it was just perfect for my sister and I.
Couldn’t reach some items in the cupboard had to climb on a chair.

The location was good. The room was tidy and mostly clean. The scent of candles was nice when entering the room. It had a nice city view. The room was furnished well. The gym had a good selection of equipment.
Communication breakdown with parking and keys. Alternative parking was required and incurred an additional cost of $90. This was due to my car (Toyota Kluger) being too big for the parking lift. This requirement should have been communicated, as the inclusive parking was one reason I chose this booking. I was told the key could be collected from the 'shop next door'. When entering this shop, I was told by the unhappy shop keeper that people kept coming in asking for keys, but his shop wasn't where they were collected from. The correct shop was actually one block away.
The host was helpful and answered my questions; however more communication should be provided before being required. E.g. the room number and how to return the keys.
There were some stray hairs on the linen and the lounge had stains. One toilet seat was broken. One shower leaked a lot of water.
No linen was provided for the 5th guest who was staying on the fold out lounge. The lounge was fine for my 12 year old, but it would not accommodate an adult. The mattress/cushions are very thin.
