El espacio, la tranquilidad, la seguridad, el orden y la limpieza.
La calle de acceso no aparenta lo que uno encuentra al atravesar el portón rojo.

Muy tranquilo y seguro. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas
Muchas cámaras, hay una en la sala de la casa y otras en zonas verdes y piscina, me sentí vijilado.

The pool is huge and private. The security gate is definitely a big must due to the surrounding area.
Herradura beach is very close to drive to and Cocos restaurant is excellent with a very large menu.
Access to multiple grocery stores (by car) is also very close.
The kitchen is not equipped as it should.
We had a double room, one of the beds was very soft and not very comfortable.
There are multiple dogs in the neighbouring backyards which are super loud when they start fighting/playing.
