La posizione è perfetta per muoversi comodamente, a pochi minuti dal centro ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontana dal caos.

Muffa e poca pulizia

Posizione favorevole: vicina a una delle tante spiagge dell'isola e al centro della città.

Fin dal primo momento abbiamo riscontrato una puzza molto forte di muffa e umidità, presente in ogni stanza dell'appartamento. Il puzzo era così intenso da rendere difficile respirare; addirittura il copriletto e le lenzuola erano umidi. Oltre a questo, gli ambienti erano poco puliti e l’arredamento appariva trascurato.
