Suites overlooking the city a lovely - light, roomy and spacious.
Poor western breakfast, lack of English speaking reception staff especially at night.

Lovely roomy suite with great view of the city, very convenient location. Perfect very pleasantly light-filled sitting area separate from the bedroom.
Communication prior to arrival was helpful and good.
Overall the room was clean and pleasant.
A huge sterile marble reception and restaurant area, no cosy or welcoming public spaces, so glad that our room was a nice sitting area!
No staff on reception spoke even basic English in the evening after checking in and we weren’t given WiFi details so we had to wait until the next morning to get wifi access.
Unfortunately as per previous reviews, breakfast here still (at mid August 26)really only caters for Asian diets, the only Western option we found 1st morning was one box of Coco-pops and a small cold bowl of French fries! Second morning I tried again early and they seemed to have pre-cooked eggs available. A pity as it’s a huge buffet & just some effort to replicate what most other hotels offer as international breakfast could transform the experience for Western guests.
Our bathroom/toilet wall glass had been repaired and our room seemingly not checked as the workman’s fingerprints and glue or sealant residue had not been cleaned - it showed up terribly at night and despite mentioning to receptionist 1st morning it stayed that way for all 3 days.
