This was my second visit to Albania, and I am enchanted by this country. For this magical experience, I was looking for an apartment in a central yet peaceful location, with a beautiful sea view from the terrace. I found it at Hotel Actium.
Hotel Actium offers excellent value for money. The manager is extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a huge shower. There was also a small fridge and air conditioning in the room.
The terrace offers a spectacular view of the sea, and even in the early autumn sunshine, it is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the town centre and the beach, while still enjoying peace and quiet away from the noise of the restaurants and the promenade.

Das Apartment selbst, Zimmer mit Meeresblick, das Zimmer von drinnen. Die Sauberkeit war top, war mit allem Nötigem gut ausgestattet. Ihr braucht kein Föhn mitnehmen, die haben alles. Auch Waschmaschine, die sich im Flur also im Erdgeschoss befindet. Vor allem der Empfang hat mich sehr übertroffen. Wurde sehr toll empfangen, der Eigentümer des Apartments war immer da wenn man was benötigt hat. Das Wunderbare ist auch man ist im Nu vom Apartment am Strand ca. 10 min zu Fuß - top!

La struttura è nuova, curata e accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e a soli 400 metri dal lungomare, con il grande vantaggio del posto auto.
La camera è molto confortevole, con letti comodi e un bagno spazioso. Dal terrazzino, poi, ogni sera abbiamo potuto godere di un tramonto meraviglioso, con il sole che scompariva alle spalle dell’isola di Sazan: un piccolo spettacolo che ha reso ancora più speciale il soggiorno.
Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato l’host, una persona eccezionale: sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta, ci ha accolti con grande calore e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su ristoranti, spiagge e attività da fare in zona. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.
È raro trovare un posto in cui tutto contribuisca a rendere una vacanza così piacevole. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazione!
