Amazingly good price/quality hotel, but with Some things to improve. We had the rooms with a bath in the room, which was great and very relaxing. Great view. Breakfast decent for both Chinese and European taste
Waiting always for 5-10 minutes because there are just 3 elevators in this 30 Floor building. Staff did not speak a word English. Also the toilet did not flush Well, as Well as the airconditioning did not work. Also the window did not close properly, so a lot of traffic/wind noise. I was on the 29th Floor where you can hear All the hard noise of omving chairs in the restaurant on the 30th.

Boa oferta para comer nas redondezas. Quartos grandes. Excelente relação qualidade preço! Uma excelente opção para entre a estação de comboios de Guangzhou e o city center. Vistas desafogadas para a cidade.
Pouca informação em Ingles de onde fica a recepção (30º andar) para quem chega de Didi. Pequeno almoço com pouca oferta para ocidentais. Um pouco longe do city centre (30 minutos de Didi)

The rooms were spacious, the decor was nice. Everyone working there is super lovely, especially Fong at the Reception.
The breakfast spread. I was expecting a bit more international choice e.g scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, baked beans, cheese, etc…

The room was clean, and the hot water was plentiful. Internet worked most of the time.
The hotel is on the end of a block, which has no road access so a car cannot drive to the door of the hotel and one has to drag one’s luggage over various barriers. At check out I requested a receipt and was told I couldn’t have one until after 9am when the manager arrived to start up the system. So I ended up leaving my WeChat contact. I still had to be aggressive to get the receipt, which was unpleasant. When one books this hotel, one receives an email saying that if a text message is not sent to the hotel confirming booking, or if that message is not received, the room will be cancelled. Having booked vis booking.com, this is unacceptable. The hotel did indeed call me to see if they could cancel my room. Will not stay here again.
