The property nice,clean and comfortable
May improve the water pump to the bathrooms upstairs
I suggest installing a bidet sprayer in the bathrooms
The heater in the master bedroom’s bathroom did not work
And In the kitchen maybe can add on oven and extra pan

Everything was clean and of good quality.
Sandakan had a water supply problem that day so we could not do our laundry. Maybe owner can install pump for consistent water supply.

New homestay, very clean, comfy bed & hotel quality sheets, suitable for big family or group. Has 4 rooms (11 beds), 3 bathrooms, 1 large living + dining room, and kitchen. Strong wifi connection.
Location is not in Sandakan's city centre and not nearby any eateries or shop lots within walking distance. Those who travel by car or intend to rent a car or frequently using Grab each time you go out will be suitable to choose this place. I would also like to suggest to the host if they can consider replacing a suitable pot/pan to be used on their induction cooker because the only one provided is already burnt inside. Maybe adding a microwave would be helpful too.
