Location, size, amenities in the apartment, parking availability - all were wonderful! 2 adults + 2 kids (14 and 10), and it truly felt like a home during our 10 day stay in Melbourne. Having a kitchen and washing machine+dryer in the flat made it easy for us.
Slight hiccup with the parking arrangement, but Paul and Jodie sorted us out with a refund for any parking fees we incurred pretty soon after we got back to Malaysia.
Having the parking on-site was important to us, as we had planned for a few days' worth of day-trips during our stay - Phillip Island, Ballarat, Lake Mountain - and had hired a car for the duration of our stay.
Plenty of shops within walking distance for groceries, and a tram stop right in front of the apartment. Couldn't have wished for a better set-up!
Thanks Paul for always replying swiftly to any messages on WhatsApp. Apologies for the late review!
Had some issues accessing the parking - not sure if it was a mistake on the Parking Management side or not - but Paul was quick to reassure us that any charges we incurred would be reimbursed. And they were true to their word, with Jodie settling our payments not long after we had gotten back home.

Stunning views and great location.
2nd bedroom quite small.

It's all about the location. Perfect spot for walking the CBD or jumping on the free trams. The view is amazing. Nothing beats an early morning coffee gazing out the window at the Yarra River and Southbank. I didn't cook but the kitchen was really well fitted out. Having 2 bathrooms was handy as well. You can see that a lot of effort has gone into the presentation of the apartment and it was appreciated.
I was a bit clueless about getting back in the main door at night - didn't realise you had to hold the card against the keypad. Was probably written somewhere but didn't notice.
