Hen do - one night stay

The bedrooms and beds were nice.

We couldn't get the oven to work properly, but it didnt effect our stay.

Didn't happen!!!!!

Cancelled on us with 45 minutes to spare. Hasn't returned any of my messages, hasn't returned any voicemails, hasn't even cancelled the booking to get a refund - booking.com are equally unhelpful with the refund process. Taken it as a blessing after re reading the reviews that we didn't stay here as it sounds like its in a state of disrepair considering the reason for the late booking was a leak in the roof. DO NOT BOOK HERE HOST IS UNRELIABLE.

Awful would not recommend and would not return

The location of the property was good to have access straight onto the pier and seafront

I was appalled at the cleanliness and general state of the property. Considering I had booked this property for two family’s with 4 small children attended (which was stated on the booking) I would have thought the host would make sure it was cleaned to a high standard. upon our arrival they was still cleaning. It felt like they just done a rushed clean, the floors were still sticky and dirty, doors and bannister handles were all sticky, very poor state of the house lots of things broken, including windows which meant there was a cold draft coming into the bedroom. The internal front door handle was also broken which meant we kept getting stuck in the house which is a massive fire risk. I also found a crack cocaine pipe in one of the bathroom cupboards which would have been catastrophic if my 18 month old or any of the other small children had gotten hold of.

Host didn’t get back to us after travelling down with a group of 12 so had to book somewhere else

It is large and bright, with comfortable beds!

Many little things were broken, including one of the beds. The fuse went any time you had more than a few lights on or tried to cook or microwave. The TV also has a broken line down the middle of it which, to be fair, made our film funnier.
