Feel confident choosing this apartment – and read my detailed review!
The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Reggio di Calabria, making it a very convenient choice for exploring the city on foot. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants and everything you need within easy walking distance.
The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The bed is very comfortable, and the bed linen is soft and pleasant, which made it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.
The apartment has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, with a few coffee capsules provided, as well as a kettle and several tea bags. There is also a minibar, which is useful for keeping drinks and a small amount of food. Its storage capacity is limited compared with a full-size refrigerator, but this was absolutely fine for us and met our needs perfectly.
There is a really good café just around the corner, only about 50 metres from the apartment, and it is open from early morning until late evening. There is also a greengrocer on the ground floor, right on the corner, and plenty of shops within walking distance where you can find all kinds of food and everyday essentials.
One thing we particularly appreciated was how quiet and peaceful the apartment is. There is another studio apartment accessed from the same shared entrance area, but you really do not hear each other's everyday activities. We could not hear the toilet flushing, showers, television or any other sounds coming from the other studio. So if you are someone who likes to sleep peacefully and undisturbed at night, you can feel completely comfortable here. No noise from the other apartment disturbed our rest at all.
There is also a shared terrace upstairs with sun loungers and a jacuzzi, which is a lovely additional space to relax. In addition, each of the two studios has its own private balcony, so there is plenty of outdoor space as well.

La struttura è nuova e moderna, nonostante si trovi all’interno di un palazzo un po’ datato: un contrasto che, personalmente, abbiamo trovato piacevole.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante di benvenuto e alcune piccole attenzioni che abbiamo davvero apprezzato, come le deliziose caramelle al bergamotto. La struttura offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e, in alcuni casi, anche qualcosa in più.
Un esempio? Il giorno di Ferragosto, tramite un semplice messaggino, ci è stata lasciata fuori dalla porta la colazione, nonostante non fosse inclusa nel nostro pacchetto. Un gesto davvero carino e inaspettato, che abbiamo molto gradito.
Ci dispiace non aver potuto provare la chicca della struttura: una bellissima jacuzzi, posta al “terzo piano”.
Inoltre, avendo soggiornato per 8 notti, abbiamo usufruito della pulizia della camera e del cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e confortevole. (Ed è stato un pensiero dei proprietari).
Nel complesso, abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura e l’attenzione riservate agli ospiti: sono proprio queste piccole accortezze a fare la differenza.
Non c’è, in realtà, qualcosa di particolare che non abbiamo gradito. Se proprio dovessimo trovare una piccola “pecca”, sono le tante scale: alla fine si tratta di circa due piani da fare a piedi, ma con le valigie e soprattutto essendo incinta, la salita non è proprio il massimo. Inoltre la camera è un po’ piccola ma sono comunque dettagli assolutamente secondari rispetto a tutto il resto.

Posizione perfetta: in centro, a 5 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e dal museo ma anche silenzioso e con parcheggio sotto casa. Perfetto per me che viaggiavo per lavoro. Struttura nuova, pulitissima, personale di accoglienza super gentile, i proprietari mi hanno aiutato in ogni momento. asciugacapelli perfettamente funzionante (cosa rara nei b&b), e mi hanno lasciato il caffè e qualche cosa da mangiare. consigliatissimo.
