Localização e atendimento dos funcionarios.
Os banheiros sao problematicos. Além de serem poucos em proporcao à lotacao do hostel, sao espacos extremamente apertados. Há 2 sanitários, 2 pias, 2 chuveiros. So no meu quarto há 12 ou 14 camas, somando com os demais , a conta não fecha. Pias entupidas, falta de prateleira para por os objetos pessoais p banho e p fazer a toilette. Lamentável!

A newly opened capsule hotel that are trying to give guest a taste of Japan but as someone who has travelled Japan quite extensively, it falls flat on its face.
First floor only has 1 toilet(without lock) and 2 showers. - 2 more showers and toilets are on the second floor.
There are shore racks to place your shoes but nobody uses them.
Unlike Japan where people have common courtesy, here people have very little respect nor manners.
No soap was provided for washing hands, only hand sanitizer.
