Nice place, the room was clean and spacious. Near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, everything.
It does not have parking.

Fantastic location within minutes of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Our room/space was clean, had all the listed amenities and we felt comfortable spending time here (which is good, as we had to extend our stay for 2 nights due to the flooding/landslides).
Nice social space outside and felt secure at all times. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in sorting our extended time here, quick communication and sorting our laundry at $10.
Hard to find any negatives - the courtyard area is quite condensed so you can hear others getting in later than you/waking up earlier.

Breakfast was not included
There was no replacement of bath soap or toilet paper, no cleaning during the four days we stayed, no trash bin, and no blankets. The bed was uncomfortable, and we were told we had to park outside because we were ‘locals’ haha. Doesn’t our money count? A horrible experience
