The property was super calm and beautiful. The room itself was perfect, bed super comfy, modern furniture and renovated bathroom. Host family amazing also!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Staff check on me first to confirm my estimated arrival time. At first I didn't check the detail of provided facilities, the property is not providing a TV. But all good, always out almost all day.
For the price, I think it's fair that the property not provided with a TV. For amenities, not so complete (only provide body wash, shampoo, towel, electric kettle-but no cup) but staff are very helpful to fulfill my requirements.

Great position but still quiet, managed to have very good sleeps in a comfortable bed, clean and smelled good. Host very accommodating, letting us leave the luggages before check in time and letting me have a work call after check out time outside her kitchen.
We wanted to stay one extra night but unfortunately it was fully booked.

1. Room looks just like the photos. Great natural light.
2. Great location.
Feel a bit unsafe during my solo stay, so I wouldn’t recommend it for solo female travelers. The hosts are kind, but there were a few issues:
1. Insects in the room: Saw large cockroaches on two different days, and drain larvae came out after shower almost every day. There were also insects trying to get into the room from under the door. I understand Ubud is a natural environment, but some basic prevention (e.g. pest control, sealing door gaps) might help.
2. Dog at the entrance: The family dog is cute, but it is not leashed and barks at night. On several nights I had to wait outside for a few minutes before entering as I wasn’t sure how it would react, which was stressful.
3. People at the alley entrance: There were a few men sitting at the alley entrance every evening. They made comments like “hello miss”, “you’re so beautiful”, and “I love you” when I walked by. They did not approach me, but the repeated comments made me uncomfortable as a solo traveler. It might help if this could be addressed.
