The property was in a great location next to so many great restaurants and bars. We loved St Marks place and all Tompkins square which were all 5 mins away.
The subway was across the street and you could be in central Manhattan in 15 mins which was great!!
The property was clean, well equipped and quiet.
The bed and sofa bed were really comfy. The host were great and got back to us really quickly!
There was nothing we did not like - one suggestion which is very small would be a mirror in the bedroom but again not an essential! We loved our stay and would highly recommend

ben posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalle vie più vivaci dell’east village e dalla fermata della metro, molti ristoranti di tutti i tipi e caffè a pochi metri. il letto è ampio e comodo ed è comodo anche il divano letto. ben fornito di asciugamani e con lavatrice ed asciugatrice ed arredato decentemente
l’appartamamentino è al piano terra e non al primo piano come dichiarato, le finestre danno su di uno stretto ed inaccessibile cavedio e si vedono solo mattoni, è quindi molto buio. l’aria condizionata è molto rumorosa e comunque anche se la si spegne si sente quella degli altri appartamenti. il bagno 80x200 cm è decisamente troppo piccolo anche per persone di medie dimensioni e se anche il divano letto è occupato si è costretti a mangiare in piedi perché nel piccolo (ma nel complesso ben pensato e attrezzato) angolo cottura all’ingresso non c’è spazio e comunque nemmeno le sedie. all’esterno bivaccano spesso alcuni barboni non aggressivi o fastidiosi mente gli inquilini dello stabile non si sono dimostrati particolarmente socievoli
