Новая гостинца. Дружелюбный персонал, помогали с любыми вопросами . Свой небольшой пляж и красивым рифом.
Звукоизоляции нету вообще. Отлично слышно все разговоры и перемещения соседей сверху .

In einer kleinen Bucht gelegen, ein außergewöhnliches Hotel. Mitten in der Natur und gleichzeitig sehr komfortabel, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick.
Kein touristischer Strand. Wer es ein bisschen ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig.
Gleichzeitig ist zu Fuß Vieles erreichbar. Wir sind zum Leuchtturm gelaufen und haben jeden Tag den Ort besucht, in dem man gut einkaufen kann.
Ich hatte am Anreisetag Geburtstag und wurde am Abend von dem Hotel Team mit einem kleinen, sehr herzlichen Fest überrascht! Es war fantastisch!
Überhaupt war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Als unser Pick Me Fahrer am Abreisemorgen nicht kam, wurde uns umgehend ein Tuk-Tuk organisiert, das uns noch rechtzeitig zum Bahnhof gebracht hat.

Die Unterkunft hat das Potenzial von 12/10 Punkten! Der Ausblick von oben ist großartig und die Gastgeber sind super nett, aufmerksam und angenehm. Ein traumhafter Ort und bei ausreichend großem Swell sogar ein Surfspot.
Da das Hotel noch komplett neu ist, ist das Team noch im Feintuning der Prozesse und Details aber wir hatten eine fabelhafte Zeit und kommen gern wieder

Was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms were in excellent condition. Beds were very comfortable and the view was unbeatable since it was adjacent to a beautiful secluded crystal water beach. The food was homely and delicious and the servers were kind.
Unfortunately the bathroom facility in the deluxe bedroom bath was quite inconvenient since the water would get accumulated and wasn’t flowing through the drain.
Furthermore one entire day of our stay was without power due to a government power cut. It would be great if the property had generators so that power cuts wouldn’t inconvenience those staying. Another problem that was noticed was the recurrent trip failure that caused power cuts throughout the day in the property. Despite all it was a good stay.
One last point to be added would be the lack of professionalism in staff and lack of communication. We requested to do a late checkout the previous day. Even after the staff agreed the next morning we were asked to leave at the standard checkout time saying they received another booking. We made many plans for the day and unfortunately we were unable to execute them due to the lack of clear communication with customers. The situation was handled extremely unprofessionally and was quite disappointed with the owner and staff.
