Location, size of apartment, comfortable bed, ample cupboard & storing space, utilities, parking facilities, safety.
Block-out curtains in the bedroom (and even in the living room) would add to the general comfort of the apartment (No 219). The cutlery & utensils can do with an upgrade. The use of a coiled-up electric extension cord for the washing machine (and the dishwasher), doesn't seem to be a safe practice. These are small issues, but fixing them would make a huge difference to an otherwise great apartment.

Close vicinity to walk to canal walk
Bit noisy night time and early morning.
The door lock was difficult to handle.
Shower bit small.
