駅近で所沢駅から建物が見えるので安心感がある。
朝食無料ビュッフェのクオリティが高い。
コーヒーマシンがあり、宿泊者はいつでも飲める。
建物が全体的に清潔で居心地がよい。
アメニティの場所が分かりにくい物があったが許容範囲。

朝食がおいしく、部屋も綺麗であった。ロビーのコーヒーが良い。

駅近なので便利。コーヒーマシンがあったり、食堂の座席空いていない時は部屋でも食べて良いというのが助かる。施設内とても清潔感あったが、ただ部屋の別途デスクライトが使われる事が無いからだと思うが、埃がかぶってた。
喫煙ルームが満室だったので禁煙ルームに宿泊したが、別途館内に喫煙所が無かった。
外でも良いのであると良かった。
